Information you choose to provide
When you submit a project enquiry, SwissDice collects your name, work email, company, optional phone number, selected country or region, project type, indicative budget, timeline, project description and enquiry consent. A reference number, explicit service focus, submitted page, immediate previous-page context, browser language and browser time zone may accompany your enquiry. Country or region is selected by you; time zone does not verify your physical location. When you submit an enquiry, we also estimate the country of the connection from its IP address using a database on our own server. The lookup does not send your IP address to an external geolocation API. This is an approximate network location: VPNs, proxies and mobile networks may show a different country from your physical location.
Please avoid sending player records, payment credentials, sensitive identity documents or confidential production secrets through the enquiry form. We can arrange a suitable channel when a project requires them.
How enquiry information is used
SwissDice uses these details to assess your project, send a confirmation of your enquiry, respond to you and coordinate a relevant business conversation. This does not subscribe you to a mailing list. Enquiries and mail delivery status are stored in the WordPress administration area; notifications and customer confirmations are sent through Google Workspace to the enquirer and the team handling the enquiry.
Access should be limited to people handling the enquiry and website administration. Use the website enquiry form to request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted.
Essential functionality and optional measurement
The site uses browser storage to remember cookie preferences and, after a successful enquiry, its reference and confirmation status so the thank-you page can display your receipt. Essential WordPress administration and security functions may use cookies. The public site and enquiry form do not require optional analytics consent.
If you allow optional analytics, this browser tab can retain up to 30 visited public page paths, the entry page, referring website and first and latest campaign parameters for your current session. This expires after 30 minutes of inactivity and accompanies an enquiry you submit, so SwissDice can understand the route to your project brief. A configured measurement service may receive page and successful-enquiry events, without your name, email, phone number or project message. Declining optional analytics disables this session history and optional measurement; the enquiry still works. Change this choice in Cookie settings. History does not follow you across devices or browsers.
Hosting, email, security and retention
A2 Hosting operates the website hosting and Google Workspace handles enquiry email delivery. WordPress security, storage and backups process technical or enquiry information needed to operate the website. An optional analytics service is used only if configured and allowed by your cookie preference.
Enquiry information should be kept only for the business, contractual and security purposes for which it is needed. Use the website enquiry form for a specific retention or deletion request. This notice must be reviewed when production processors or measurement features change.
Country data is provided by IP Geolocation by DB-IP under CC BY 4.0. SwissDice converts it into local IPv4 and IPv6 range files and checks for new monthly releases.
