Technology & Deployment Built for Your Scope
The stack should fit the product, workload and operating team. We make architecture and deployment decisions around integration requirements, latency, data integrity and the environment your team can maintain.
Select the architecture around critical journeys
Player interfaces, provider adapters, account records and financial ledgers have different responsibilities. The architecture should make those boundaries clear without adding services that the team cannot operate.
API contracts, idempotent transaction handling, auditability and observable failures are relevant whether the implementation uses a modular application or several independently deployed services.
Choose managed cloud, private cloud or self-hosted deployment
Hosting arrangements determine access, release responsibility, scaling, backup and recovery. We compare the intended environment with provider connectivity, data-location requirements and the operational skills available.
Self-hosted or private-cloud deployment must account for third-party licence terms and supported infrastructure. Commissioning software does not automatically provide the right to deploy every vendor component anywhere.
Define performance and recovery in testable terms
Useful requirements describe workloads, concurrent activity, provider response patterns, acceptable failure handling and recovery objectives. A headline uptime promise without an agreed service model is not an acceptance criterion.
Performance tests, monitoring, restore exercises and deployment rehearsals provide evidence for the selected architecture. The final stack and runbooks are documented for your team.
