Support request
Investigate permitted references.
Connect your helpdesk and messaging tools to authenticated account context, clear delivery states and an authorized escalation path.
Map your support connection
Support integration connects account identity, conversations and operational events to an external communication or ticketing tool. It includes authentication, permissions, routing and delivery-status handling as applicable. The connection should help agents investigate and escalate issues while preserving the authority of the platform, finance team and designated account reviewers.
A useful ticket needs reliable identity and context. We map the platform’s player reference to the support system and define how an authenticated player enters a conversation. Anonymous enquiries, shared email addresses and changed account details receive explicit handling, so a matching display name is not used as proof of identity.
The context shared with an agent depends on the task. Session, game-round, payment or account references can help an investigation without copying full documents or exposing confidential risk information. We define approved fields, staff roles and the authoritative system an agent should consult for a final decision.
Specify the account/brand or tenant identifier and the supported authentication/assertion flow for the selected tools. Test sign-out, expired sessions, account changes and mismatched contacts so cached context is not exposed to the next visitor or a different brand. Whitelist the references and fields each agent role needs, with sensitive documents and risk notes kept in their approved systems. Agent shortcuts or bot tools use separately authorized capabilities rather than inherit every permission of the integration account.
Define the selected tools, approved identity mapping and permitted lookup. Shared email or a display name does not establish the account association.
Whitelist the fields and separately authorized actions for each role. Keep confidential evidence and final financial/protection decisions in their approved systems.
Test anonymous-to-authenticated transitions, changed contacts and later visitors. Prevent prior account context from carrying into a different session or brand.
Preserve the delivery history and handle suppressed or unavailable channels. A successful request acceptance does not prove that the player received the message.
Test repeated, delayed and out-of-order callbacks, uncertain delivery and exhausted retries. Hand over monitoring, failed-event investigation and the recovery runbook.
Operational messages and marketing messages have different purpose and preference requirements.
The selected service may provide chat sessions, tickets, notification APIs and delivery callbacks. We implement the supported interfaces and map ownership of message templates, routing and status updates. A provider accepting a request is not assumed to mean a player received or read the message.
Operational notifications and marketing communications can have different rules and priorities. We connect the reviewed channel preferences and suppression policies, and document what happens when an address is invalid, a channel is unavailable or a delivery callback is delayed. Repeated platform events should not create uncontrolled duplicate tickets or notifications.
Validate the supported webhook authentication and map provider event identifiers, status ordering and account/conversation references. Define repeat-safe ticket creation, bounded retry, rate-limit handling and an investigation route for exhausted or uncertain deliveries. Preserve the original event and delivery history when a status changes; accepted, delivered and read remain distinct where supported. Test preference/suppression changes, unavailable channels and handoff to a person with permitted context. A failed send must not be hidden by a successful API acceptance or create uncontrolled duplicate cases.
Acceptance begins with an account issue, a payment query or an interrupted game and checks how the agent finds the relevant references. We verify that unauthorized staff cannot view restricted information or execute actions outside their role. The workflow distinguishes an agent request from a financial approval or compliance decision.
The handover includes credential ownership, provider configuration, retention settings and a support runbook for failed integrations. Teams review how a ticket is escalated, resolved and linked back to platform records. Ongoing multilingual support staffing or campaign operations can be scoped separately from connecting the communication tools.
Only when that action is explicitly authorized and implemented with the required controls. A ticketing connection does not automatically grant financial permissions. We distinguish support requests from approvals and preserve the platform’s audit trail.
Not by itself. We define authenticated account linking and the review process for anonymous or changed details. Sensitive account information is shared only through the approved identity and access workflow.
Yes, subject to the selected tools and scope. Each channel has its own delivery behavior, identifiers and preferences. We map those differences and test routing, failure handling and the relevant consent or suppression controls.
The integration connects the technology and operating workflows. Staffing, supported languages, coverage hours and ongoing quality management are a separate managed-service scope with agreed permissions, service levels and escalation responsibility.
Confirm the platform and helpdesk/channel products, supported API versions, contract/access rights, account-authentication flow and approved shared fields. Identify routing, templates, channel preferences and escalation owners. We map the actual interfaces and environments before scoping changes. Supported connectors or provider marketing do not imply permission to access every account field or enable every channel.
Use representative account, payment and game enquiries to check identity/context, agent permissions, escalation ownership and continuity of conversation references. Exercise repeated, delayed or out-of-order events, provider timeouts/rate limits, failed delivery, sign-out and preference changes as supported by the selected tools. Retain failed/blocked cases and recovery steps in the acceptance evidence; the integration itself does not supply support staff.
Scope platforms, channels, account/context mappings, custom actions, provider limits, authentication and test environments. Separate engineering from tool licences, message/telephony usage, AI features and ongoing staffing. Handover includes supported versions, secure access ownership, routing/templates, delivery/retry mappings, monitoring, retention settings, acceptance evidence and the recovery runbook. Ongoing adapter maintenance or AI automation is included only when explicitly agreed.
Review the chosen tools, channels, identity model, context needs, agent permissions and actions requiring separate approval.
Implement authenticated identity, permitted context, routing, templates and delivery-status handling against the selected service interfaces.
Test representative investigations, restricted access and delivery failures, then hand over escalation, retention and monitoring ownership.
Bring the helpdesk or messaging providers, player identity model, channels and staff access rules. We will map conversation context, delivery status, preferences and escalation, with acceptance examples for the account and support journeys you need.
