Commission risk-based casino software testing, repeatable automation and a reviewable evidence pack.
Define your QA scope
iGaming QA verifies specified product behavior and records the evidence for release decisions. Test automation makes selected checks repeatable, while certification preparation assembles the inputs required by an appointed independent reviewer. Each has a defined scope; passing a narrow suite does not prove that the entire platform or every market requirement is satisfied.
Events, reversals and reconciled history.
Permissions, restrictions and usable states.
Manual, automated and provider-specific checks.
The test plan traces important player and operator journeys to acceptance criteria. Wallet correctness, provider state, account restrictions and privileged actions receive targeted scenarios. We distinguish component tests, contract tests and end-to-end behavior so a passing API response is not mistaken for a reconciled player journey.
The coverage matrix identifies the actual product/build, configuration, provider/version, device/browser and data dependencies for each requirement. Manual exploration, automated regression, contract tests, financial reconciliation and specialist assessment have different purposes. Expected results must be derived from approved rules or independent reference calculations rather than copied from the implementation. Provider stubs and missing sandbox behavior are disclosed. Passed, failed, blocked and not-run cases remain distinct, with residual gaps assigned to a release decision owner.
Providers may timeout, callbacks repeat, a device may disconnect and a result may be corrected. We include representative exceptional states and verify the resulting account, transaction and report records. Device, accessibility and performance checks follow the agreed scope, with reproducible evidence and a severity model for unresolved findings.
Agree product requirements, system boundaries, environments and the decisions the test evidence must support. Identify supplier, operator and appointed independent-review responsibilities.
Create the scoped test data, automation and manual scenarios around supported journeys and failure cases. Confirm the approved sandbox access and version records needed to reproduce results.
Run the agreed functional, integration, financial, device and workload checks. Record reproducible defects, evidence gaps and retest results against their actual coverage.
Deliver the coverage matrix, known-issue register and release evidence. Where scoped, assemble documentation for the appointed reviewer and coordinate questions; the independent body determines its own outcome.
Product, jurisdiction and reviewer determine submission inputs. No internal badge replaces an independent decision.
The release record identifies code and configuration versions, test results, known issues and required external evidence. Independent laboratories may need game rules, mathematics and system documentation in specific formats. We coordinate the technical inputs and fix confirmed findings, while the reviewer determines its own assessment and certification outcome.
Each finding retains its environment, steps, expected/observed behavior, severity, evidence and affected version. A retest records the repaired version and relevant regression scope; it does not silently convert unrelated blocked cases into passes. The evidence inventory links requirements, tests, release artifacts, configuration and outstanding issues to the appointed reviewer’s requested inputs. Handover includes repeatable test assets, supported tool/access dependencies and coverage limitations in agreed formats. Lab fees, specialist mathematics/security work and final independent decisions are identified separately.
No. Automation is useful for repeatable checks, but usability, exploratory testing, assistive-technology behavior and some operational scenarios require additional review. The strategy identifies what each method can and cannot establish.
Independent certification is performed by the appropriate appointed laboratory or authority. We can prepare evidence, coordinate technical responses and remediate findings, but cannot guarantee a reviewer’s decision.
The integration inventory and test matrix define coverage. We exercise the important supported behaviors of each included provider and record any missing sandbox capabilities or unverified production-only scenarios.
Readiness follows the agreed acceptance gates, remaining defects, external dependencies and operational approval process. A green test suite is evidence within its scope, not automatic proof that every business and market requirement is complete.
The agreed matrix follows the request, provider status/callback, account entry and report together. Scenarios can include duplicates, timeouts, delayed or reordered events, reversal, partial outcomes, interrupted sessions and restrictions. Provider-supported sandboxes and authorized test data define what can actually be exercised. A mocked response or successful API call is recorded at its own scope; it is not proof of a production settlement. Finance and provider references support reconciliation of expected and observed results.
We agree representative operating systems, browsers, screen sizes, networks, languages and accessibility tasks for the intended audience. Real-device or crowdtesting adds sampled experience from those conditions, while automation supports repeatable behavior checks. The report states actual coverage, test method, environment and limitations. Regional observation does not by itself prove a legal requirement or every device in a country. Any production test access and transactions need their own approved plan.
Cost follows product complexity, builds/releases, integrations, devices, test data, automation and the required specialist work. The delivery includes a test strategy/matrix, reproducible findings, retest records, versioned results and a known-issue/evidence inventory. Independent laboratories define their own submission requirements and fees; we can prepare technical inputs and remediate confirmed findings. Passed internal tests do not guarantee certification, and inaccessible provider behavior remains an explicit acceptance gap.
Identify the platform or game, target release, provider interfaces and applicable independent testing requirements. We will define test coverage, environments, defect ownership and the technical evidence needed for the agreed assessment or submission.
