Turnkey
Configure a selected stack around an agreed first release and retained operating model.
Review the launch path ↗A turnkey iGaming solution is a configured deployment of a pre-existing technology stack. Its value is coordinated implementation rather than building every component from scratch. The contract should identify the underlying platform, customization limits, recurring charges, data access, support boundaries and the approvals required before the business can operate.
The player sees one product. Your launch plan connects the systems and responsibilities behind it.
Define who owns account state, wallet posting, verification status and player controls. Review the complete account journey alongside the platform configuration.
Connect selected game and sportsbook providers through the chosen platform. Confirm catalogue access, commercial agreements and supported markets before treating a connection as launch-ready.
Map the approved payment routes, cashier states, withdrawals and financial exceptions. Provider activation and permitted payment availability remain explicit launch dependencies.
Configure staff roles, reports, monitoring and escalation routes. Training and runbooks are reviewed against tested journeys, rather than a tour of the homepage.
The proposed stack is assembled around player onboarding, account management, wallet and cashier flows, game or sportsbook connectivity, promotions and an operator back office. Some components may be vendor products; others may be custom connectors or frontend work. We identify each component and its owner, so a bundled proposal does not conceal separate commercial or technical dependencies.
The scope register also names the CMS, bonus engine, CRM, affiliate tracking and reporting tools. For each, record whether the first release uses a built-in module, a separately licensed service or a commissioned integration. CMS access covers lobby ordering and approved content changes; promotion setup covers eligibility, reward limits and withdrawal conditions. Campaign consent, exclusion checks and affiliate attribution must follow the same player and transaction records used by operations.
Compare the platform configuration, connected services and operating handover as separate workstreams. The proposal identifies what is commissioned, what is licensed and what needs your approval.
| Workstream | Project scope | Dependencies to confirm |
|---|---|---|
| Branded player experience | Frontend configuration, player journeys and approved branding. | Named platform, supported customization and your product brief. |
| Accounts, wallet and cashier | Configure supported account, balance and transaction workflows. | Platform access, approved payment routes and financial ownership. |
| Games and sportsbook | Connect selected providers through supported interfaces. | Provider agreements, permitted products and sandbox readiness. |
| Content and engagement controls | Configure supported lobby content, bonus conditions, CRM events and affiliate attribution. | Named modules, recurring licences, communication permissions and configuration access. |
| Infrastructure and service continuity | Agree environments, monitoring, backup restoration and release ownership. | Hosting account control, recovery objectives, support hours and supplier escalation terms. |
| Launch and handover | Acceptance tests, training, release coordination and runbooks. | Activation dependencies, retained staff and agreed support responsibilities. |
These options describe different ownership and operating arrangements, and vendors use the terms differently. A turnkey package may run under your own operator arrangements; a white-label proposal may include additional vendor-operated services. A custom build offers a different scope of commissioned software. We compare the actual contracts and architecture instead of treating a product label as a promise of source-code ownership or licensing coverage.

Review the launch path ↗Build your branded experience within a defined supplier framework and its operating terms.
Explore white-label ↗Commission selected platform components around the workflows and code rights you need.
Explore custom development ↗Identify the named platform, selected verticals, provider arrangements and retained operator responsibilities. Record included components, required access and the readiness evidence for each dependency.
Implement the agreed player experience, back-office roles and platform settings. Connect approved game, sportsbook, verification and payment services through the interfaces the selected stack supports.
Test registration, funding, play, settlement and withdrawals with provider sandbox responses. Review financial exceptions, staff permissions and operator training alongside the visible player experience.
Confirm external activation dependencies, release ownership, monitoring and rollback criteria. Hand over configuration, provider contacts and escalation procedures for the launch that has actually been tested.
Acceptance scope, agreed for your selected platform.
A launch should prove that player registration, verification, deposits, game launches, bet settlement and withdrawals work together. The same journeys must be tested when providers timeout, callbacks are repeated or an operator reverses a transaction. Reports should reconcile to the wallet ledger, and support staff should know how to locate an incident without direct database access. Agree representative traffic and transaction loads, security checks and backup-restore tests with the platform and hosting owners. Record the results and unresolved limits in the acceptance pack rather than treating supplier capacity claims as a tested launch specification.
Not automatically. Licensing responsibility depends on the supplier arrangement, product and intended market. We identify the required legal and provider dependencies during scoping; an engineering delivery does not itself authorize a gambling business to operate.
Ownership is set by contract. A turnkey deployment often contains third-party licensed software whose source code is retained by its supplier. Custom frontend and connector rights, configuration exports and exit assistance should be specified separately.
Yes, when the selected platform, wallet design and provider agreements support both. We review account sharing, bonus rules, settlement, reporting and product-specific controls before combining them into one player experience.
The estimate follows scope confirmation, provider sandbox access, content selection, payment onboarding and market requirements. We separate engineering time from external approval or onboarding lead times, with a clear readiness checklist for each release.
Compare platform fees, hosting, support, game and sportsbook terms, data feeds, payment charges and operational services. Revenue-share and minimum-commitment terms should be evaluated against the expected business model rather than a setup fee alone.
Migration feasibility depends on available data exports, wallet history, integration ownership and contract terms. We review exit rights early and can define a phased migration with reconciliation, cutover rehearsals and rollback criteria.
The support plan identifies who monitors the platform, investigates incidents, applies security and supplier updates, and tests backup restoration. Agree service hours, response and recovery targets, maintenance windows and change-request charges in the contract. Your team should receive staff access, provider contacts, training and a release runbook. Continuous player support, trading or campaign operations are separate services unless they are expressly included.
A turnkey proposal can retain an existing operator wallet when the chosen platform and suppliers support that arrangement. Inventory retained player-account services, balance authority, account restrictions and the game, sportsbook and cashier interfaces. Compare the supplier’s supported wallet model with the existing transaction and session contracts, then prove the selected player journeys and financial reconciliation in a sandbox. The scope records connector work, missing capabilities, migration needs and ongoing support owners. Operator permissions and provider agreements remain separately confirmed.
Share the products you want to launch, intended markets and existing provider arrangements. We will map the platform configuration, integration readiness and operating handover around that brief.
