Discover the product and its boundaries
We begin with your desired product, target markets, current systems and commercial constraints. We identify retained technology, missing provider access and the stakeholders who approve player journeys, payments and operational controls.
The discovery output is a prioritized scope with assumptions, dependencies and clear exclusions. A working prototype or technical spike can resolve uncertainty before a larger implementation commitment.
Design the experience and architecture together
Player flows and backend responsibilities are reviewed in parallel. Registration, verification, funding, game launch, bet settlement and withdrawals expose the dependencies that a visual prototype alone cannot show.
Architecture decisions document balance authority, identity, provider interfaces, data ownership, access controls and environments. Each workstream has acceptance criteria that the team can demonstrate.
Review working software
Implementation is organized around usable journeys and agreed milestones. Reviews focus on the functionality delivered, unresolved issues and decisions needed from your team or vendors.
Quality checks cover validation, permissions, integration failures, repeated callbacks, reconciliation and the performance characteristics relevant to the commissioned system.
Rehearse launch and complete the handover
Before activation, teams agree cutover steps, monitoring, rollback triggers and escalation ownership. Migration projects add data rehearsals and balance reconciliation.
The handover package includes the agreed source and configuration rights, documentation, deployment guidance, operational runbooks and training. Maintenance and managed operations follow a separately defined responsibility and service model.
